2018 Kawasaki Ninja 400 Track Bike Build Part 3

The Metric Maniacs Ninja 400 track bike build continues as we perform a series of major upgrades! This lightweight Kawasaki is getting dialed in for the track.

Exhaust

First up, we ditch a cheap, poor-fitting exhaust in favor of a lightweight aftermarket system to shed pounds and free up power. Watch as we remove the stock exhaust and install this performance upgrade. 🔊🛠

ABS Delete

Then we’re simplifying things by deleting the Ninja’s complicated ABS system with a bypass module. This reduces unsprung weight for sharper handling and prevents the ABS system from overreacting to track riding conditions. ⚡️

Kick Stand Delete & New Fairing Stay

We’re adding a kickstand switch delete module. And up front, an aftermarket aluminum fairing stay provides a light-weight way to support the new race fairings. 😎
